Our standard delivery (U.K) is £9.95, free for orders over £500.

Our Standard Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Anglesey, The Scilly Isles and the Scottish Islands) Scottish Highlands and Islands include postcodes beginning with FK18,FK19,HS,IV,KA27,KA28,KW,PA20 to PA88,P1119 to P150 and ZH. Other destinations are by telephone request, please phone our customer services number for more details 01453 842493. All deliveries must be signed for and please make sure you keep the packing list enclosed with your goods.

Overseas and the Channel Islands

Delivery to overseas addresses and those in the Channel islands are subject to different charges. Prices are based on the weight of your parcel. Please contact us with your order (01453 842493) and we will email you the full delivery costs so that  you can decide if you want to proceed. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which can vary from country to country. If you are unsure of what this charge will be please contact your local customs office for more information.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products please check that they have been dispatched - you should have received an email telling you what has left the warehouse. If your order is not en route please call us on 01453 842493 with the details. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

1.1 If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged we will fully refund the cost, reimbursing the postage if we requested its return, providing we are notified within 7 days after you receive the goods.

1.2 To exercise your right to a refund for faulty goods, you must give us written notice, by hand, post or email, giving us details of the goods ordered and the nature of the fault. Notification by phone is not enough.

1.3 To qualify for a refund the product must be i) found to be actually faulty ii) in otherwise "as new" condition.

1.4 You will receive a full refund within 7 days of us receiving the faulty goods (or if agreed by us, photographs of them) and accepting them as such. Please note that once we have processed your credit it can take up to 5 working days for this to appear on your statement.

Guarantee

1.1 If we have made an error with your order we will correct it within 14 days.

1.2 To exercise your right to a refund or replacement for missing goods, you must give us written notice, by hand, post or email, giving us details of the goods ordered and the exact nature of error with the order. Notification by phone is not enough.

1.3 Similarly if the error with the order is discovered before it is posted to you, you will be given written notice, by hand, post or email giving you details of the goods ordered and the exact nature of the error with the order.

1.4 If there is an error with the order, or the goods are found to be faulty, you will have the choice whether you wish the stock to be replaced or its cost refunded to you. Due to stock availability we may not be able to replace all missing or faulty stock but we might be able to offer some replacements, which you would need to agree upon in writing. If you choose a refund, you will receive a full refund of the missing stock within 7 days of your written notification of such. Please note that once we have processed your credit it can take up to 5 working days for this to appear on your statement.
